5. Transfer of Personal Data

To the extent necessary for the purposes described above, your personal data may be transferred to:

• service providers providing information technology, website infrastructure, hosting and technical support services,
• persons or organizations providing legal, financial or technical consultancy services, and
• legally authorized public institutions, judicial authorities and administrative bodies.

Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 8 and other applicable provisions of the KVKK.

Where a service or infrastructure requires personal data to be transferred outside Türkiye, such transfer will be carried out in accordance with the requirements and appropriate safeguards set out under Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Job Applications

Personal data submitted through the career form is evaluated solely within the scope of recruitment and candidate assessment processes.

We kindly request that you do not include special categories of personal data that are not necessary for your application, such as health information, biometric data, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, in your CV or cover letter.

Where explicit consent is required to retain your application for consideration for future vacancies beyond the current recruitment process, such consent will be requested separately.

7. Cookies

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the secure and proper functioning of our website may be used.

Analytics, performance, personalization or advertising/marketing cookies that require explicit consent will, where applicable, only be activated following the visitor’s active choice.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is being used in accordance with that purpose,
• learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
• request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
• request the deletion or destruction of your personal data where the conditions provided by law are met,
• request that correction, deletion or destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• object to any result arising against you through the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems, and
• request compensation where you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.

Requests regarding your rights under the KVKK may be submitted in writing to the address of our Company stated above or through any other method permitted under the applicable Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

In the event of any inconsistency between the Turkish and English versions of this Privacy Notice, the Turkish version shall prevail.
